Beechwood Property was accurately described in the description. The amenities on the property was sufficient to our needs, community pool and grounds. The only main issue we had was with the beach access and the Florida laws for private property and the guarded beaches. We felt like we were intruding and not welcomed when walking down to the beach access for the complex.
The condo itself was clean and up to our standards of cleanliness, however, the property was very outdated - the shower heads leaked, the tub didn’t hold the water for baths, the floor boards/foot boards popped up from the ground from wear and tear which caused a tripping hazard and the screen door was off its track, and we could not have an open breeze usage from the door. Also the beds were very uncomfortable, could feel the springs in the mattress.
No need for service, however the weekly texts were great to show the company cared.
I would recommend the Beechwood complex, however, I would recommend a different condo within the property with more up to date amenities.
Seagrove Beach is super quaint and perfect for families! We loved the small town vibe away from the Destin “big city” area. Loved staying in 30A!

Cute Santa Rosa Condo

Cute condo, updated furniture and decor. Perfect space for 1-2 people. A few nit-picky things to make the stay more enjoyable - no can opener (had to knock on a neighbors door), replace toilet paper dispenser (current one is rusting and staining the floor), replace shower head, and make sure cleaners are getting the floors extra well (found several long black hairs, I have short blonde hair). While these things won’t downgrade my score it would’ve made the stay just that much better. I would stay in this condo again. Benchmark did a great job of sending check-in instructions and follow up.
